All accessories and jewellery purchased are handmade to order. Please allow 2-5 weeks for your order to be made before your item(s) can be delivered.
For Ophelia Ren Bridal’s bespoke service please allow 4-8 weeks for your order to be designed, made and shipped. Bespoke orders will be arranged on enquiry. To start your bespoke design journey please get in touch via the contact page before ordering, or email info@opheliarenbridal.com.
Any changes made to your bespoke order during the making process may incur additional charges.
Rush orders are accommodated wherever possible so if you need your chosen piece quickly, please get in touch via the contact page before ordering or email info@opheliarenbridal.com.

Please allow 3-4 days for your first Studio Box to be dispatched and then 3 - 5 days once posted.
Your remaining boxes will be dispatched in the first week of the month for the following months dependant your choice of subscription.
International delivery (Europe and rest of world) See above.

Import and taxes
Customs and taxes
If you are an international customer, you may need to pay custom charges and/or taxes. Please check with your country's customs and border control for more information. The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Ophelia Ren Bridal cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or any charges that were incurred.
From the 1st January 2021 anyone ordering from EU countries may incur additional charges. Please note the information above.
From the 13th December 2024 it may not be possible to deliver to European Countries, including Northern Ireland due to changes in import laws. Ophelia Ran Bridal will do its best to return this service if at all possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted. This excludes earrings. Please inform us within 3 days of delivery of your item(s), and the item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery at your cost. Please ensure they are returned in perfect, unused condition in their original packaging. Any used, damaged or opened Studio products can not be returned - the white seal should be intact.
Please note that refunds will be minus the cost of postage.
International customers must be reminded that returned items will most likely incur customs charges that will be deducted from the refund.
Due to the nature of bespoke items, these orders are non-refundable.
By purchasing an item from my shop it is assumed that you have thoroughly read and understood the item description, production process and delivery times, and agree with the above terms and conditions.

Competitions and giveaways T&Cs
Any competitions or giveaways run by Ophelia Ren Bridal via website, social media or newsletter are for UK customers only, unless stated otherwise. Any entry considered as spam, does not follow the rules or exhibit behaviour that causes offence or revealing confidential information will be disqualified - this is the business owners discretion. No cash prize alternatives are given. Competitions are in no way sponsored or endorsed by Instagram or Facebook.
